How to Clear Cache in Chrome
Choose any of the below steps to reach cache settings in chrome,
a. Click on three vertical dots , top right to browser and navigate to
More tools –> Clear browsing data
b. Click on three vertical dots, top right to browser and navigate to
Settings -> Privacy and security >Clear browsing data
c. Click Control + Shift + Delete
Once on the popup (refer image ), Click advanced and choose the Time Range to All Time
Now choose at least four of these, scroll down and select or unselect as required and click on CLEAR CACHE. It good practice to sign out of sync, if you need to keep histories undeleted in the cloud.
It may take a while to complete depending upon the overall size of cache and cookies that exist in your system.
How to Clear Cache in Microsoft Edge
3 different ways to reach cache settings also applies for new edge
a. Click on three horizontal dots , top right to browser and navigate to
History–> Clear browsing data
b. Click on three vertical dots, top right to browser and navigate to
Settings -> Privacy, Search & Services >Clear browsing data
Choose the option Choose What to clear
c. Click Control + Shift + Delete
Once on the popup (refer image ), Choose the Time Range to All Time. Select the top four as in the image, scroll down and select or unselect as required and click on CLEAR NOW .
How to Clear Cache in Opera
Reach the cache setting through any of below steps
a. Click on three horizontal dash lines , top right to browser and navigate to
Privacy & Security > Browsing Data > Clear
b. Click on Opera menu, top left to browser and navigate to
Settings -> Privacy & Security>Clear browsing data
Once on the popup (refer image ), Click advanced and choose the Time Range to All Time
Customize the selection as required and click on CLEAR DATA
Clear cache in Mozilla Firefox
Navigate to the cache settings ,
a. Click on three horizontal dash lines , top right to browser and navigate
Options > Privacy & security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
Make sure the options are selected as in above image and click CLEAR
Clear browser cache safari
Use the cache settings via
1.Keyboard short cut using [CMD] + [ALT] + [E].
2. Go to Safari menu > Preferences and navigate the following path on the POP UP
Advanced > Enable developer menu (This enable DEVELOP tab)
Click DEVELOP > Empty caches
