Step 1 : Download and install the Google Workspace Sync Plugin

Step 2 : Configuring Email using google workspace sync
Follow the pop up wizard that will open up automatically once the installation is finished. If you have missed or closed the popup for any reason, search for “setup a google workspace user” from start menu.
Lets summarize it quickly in below steps
Enter your google workspace email id and Click Continue
This will open up a login page on your default browser. Enter the credentials and finish the login.
Scroll down to the bottom and Click Allow on the page that follows the login. Close the browser once permissions are allowed.
Click on CREATE PROFILE and Start Outlook on the prompts that follow to finish the email configuration
Fine tune your Outlook Settings
Set Mailbox Size Limit on Google Workspace Sync
You can limit the size of the emails that get downloaded to your outlook. The default setup is 1GB. You will also have option for 2GB, 4GB and Unlimited. Unlimited option allow user to download all email from server to your outlook.
Recommended size is 4GB. No matter whatever option you set here, all emails are visible from gmail.com. Here is how to change. Right click on google workspace icon in task bar and Select SET MAILBOX SIZE LIMIT. Choose the size limit and press Ok. Refer images below
