1. Run the registry editor.

Type regedit in Windows start menu & open the app.

Alternatively type regedit in the RUN app

2. Navigate to below path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange

Set Values to the registries.

AlwaysUseMSOAuthForAutoDiscover to 1

Also set MapiHttpDisabled to 0

Right click and choose Add new Dword , if entries not found .

3. Navigate to another registry path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity

Make Sure the below values are set to 1, Add new Dword if registry not found

EnableADAL – 1

Version – 1

The computer should be restarted to get the changes into effect .
